Albany Clinic & Specialist Centre

I rang Albany Clinic after getting a script recently which didn't have my Veterans number on it, which meant the pharmacy would accept it through Veteran's Affairs.I rand the clinic and asked them to alter the script, to which they said yes and told me they would call to collect.They didn't call and after I called back, they again said they would do get another doctor to do it and they'd call me, which they did this time.My wife went to collect my script and was charged $15... At no time was this fee discussed with me and when I called to complain, they just said o sorry no one discussed this with you".To add to it all

Excellent clinic with caring and highly knowledgeable doctors who will go above and beyond to help you. I Have had great experiences with both Dr. Murray and Dr. Wong.

My family and I have been going to Albany clinic for years. Most doctors are wonderful and the reception staff do a fantastic job. It’s a pretty busy place so you often do have to wait but it’s worth it. You’re always treated respect and with care.

I used to see Dr Wong when he worked in Ashgrove for skin checks and BCC removals. He was fantastic and now that I have moved south of the river am really struggling to find anyone as good. Last skin doctor I saw completely botched a bcc removal and left a large ugly lump in the middle of my back.
