Waited for 5 mins at info desk to be served as 4 staff members giggled with each other. Was told by the girl at the door that I had to go to the tool counter to be served waited an additional 10 minutes to be served. Really poor service.

Unfortunately, this place is quite the opposite to all the ones I have visited over the years.Hopefully, when I return, the team members can be a little more friendly and helpful. The lovely team member paint lady was the only person wanting to Assist us with what we needed.Long way to go to get unprofessional help.

Easy to find, clean store. Andrew on paint desk always very helpful and knowledgeable. Playground and facilities kept clean. Most staff super friendly and kind towards kids.
