Buying a family home could not be as easy as patrick higgins real estate made it, they have outstanding flexibility when it comes to arranging inspections times and questions. Patrick recently sold my unit, after a challenging time of it having been flooded just as we were about to put it on the market. Patrick went above and beyond anything I expected of a real estate agent selling a property, and has been enormously helpful in so many ways, that were not in his job description. I truly believe that Patrick is an exceptional human, who sincerely cares about his clients and their needs, and I will recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
