Terrible customer service - today (8/6/19) My husband went in to pick up a layby, there were two women in there, the blonde girl was training the other girl. Not once did she greet him, never spoke a word to him. When she put the bag on the counter, she pointed to it and then at the eftpos machine... plain rude?! If I was the owner of this store I would NOT have this girl serving my customers, let alone training someone up! Not hard to put a smile on your face and greet someone as they enter your store.

I love Connor 's quality of cloths but absolutely hate the fact that I am only just to big for all of there cloths now. Hahahaha

Great place to shop, the staff are awesomely pleasent & Helpful to there customers, they have a large range of attire any man an woman could hope for! Though their prices are somewhat steep, I don't often visit there now days, but I do see that CONNER'S always has customers in their store browsing a buying most times I walk past their shop front!.

A compact little store with the most friendliest and helpful staff. It's a good thing to be able to walk into a store and staff just know their stuff. Well done Connor Lismore and well done Connor management - great staff, great location and as always, great selection.

Hi I'm writing to make a formal complaint about your Lismore NSW 2480 store, there is a older lady that works their by the name of Amanda, she was very rude to me the other day on Saturday 11th November 2017 and today as well, she don't know me whatsoever it was like she didn't know how to communicate with an Aboriginal person or she just don't like our kind or just plain rude, I could tell by the way she spoke to be, talking down on me like she's high and mighty. I told her straight I want something done about her I purchased over $300 worth the clothing, suits and shoes for my sons Year 12 Formal tomorrow afternoon and she didn't like to give me the 30% discount that was on today 15/11/2017 @5.30pm. It made me feel so belittled and sad we get enough racism on a daily basis from everyday Australian people and we have to get it from people were we buying expensive items off why couldn't she be a nice person or pretend I was WHITE" and yes I am a Proud Aboriginal woman whom was so proud excited to get this nice suit for our son what a great achievement it is for us
