Would recommend Beaumont Tiles Warners Bay and expert sales consultant Sam for anyone after tiles.We happened to come across Beaumont Tiles early 2021 after being very disheartened with very poor or lack of any cutomer service after visiting other Tile places in Newcastle then Warners Bay. We are soooo glad we found them.Firstly, we had inside kitchen and outside porch floor tiles to pick out and we were so very grateful for the knowledge of Sam.Sam was bang on point with what we were trying to achieve in our renovation. Blending existing antique furniture, existing flooring (bamboo floorboards) into new kitchen floor tiles and then outside to porch tiles.To help in choosing the right selection, Sam asked us to bring in a spare bamboo floorboard and also our house paint schedule. We laid the paint colour swatches and bamboo floor board down on the showroom floor and was able to work out how to perflectly blend the flow of the existing colour and tones into the new inside kitchen floor tiles and then to the outside.We easily purchased our floor tiles but Sam recommended that we wait till our kitchen and walk-in pantry/laundry was all but complete before selecting our splashback tiles. This was sage advice as we had a much better appreciation for the spaces and the colour and size of splashback tile we were after.So earlier this year 2023 we revisited Sam at Beaumont Tiles Warners Bay and again through her expert understanding of colours etc we chose our splashback tiles. Perfect colour and perfect size tile.We highly recommend Sam and Beaumont Tiles for all your tile requirements.(We are still in the finishing off stages of our renovation so the attached photos are showing kitchen splashback tiles, walk-in pantry splashback tiles and laundry splashback tiles ready for grout, finished kitchen splashback, our kitchen floor tiles and porch tiles.)

Tiles are good quality. Tile order process was quite frustrating and unreliable at the beginning, then got a lot better.We got tiles with wrong textures delivered, and they don’t produce the one we ordered anymore so we had to order something else and wait for 2 months.For another project, our builders ordered the tiles, Beaumont took the orders and then told our builder they don’t have the product any more one month later, however after we re-selected tiles, they were delivered within two weeks which was quite efficient.

Been to a few different tile places but beautlmonts were the best. Great customer service, great price. Wish I had used them for both of my bathrooms but I know know to use them again for other Reno projects I have on the plans.

I can’t recommend the wonderful team at Warners Bay enough. Sam, Nadine and Helen went above and beyond in every imaginable way to help me create my dream ensuite and bathroom, within budget. I can’t wait to see it all come together in a few weeks.

Excellent service and products from the team at Beaumont's Warners Bay. I had to completely gut the bathroom in my investment house, due to a water proofing failure. The bathroom looks fantastic now. The Delara back to wall bath looks so good and fitted perfectly in this small space. Thanks guys!!
