I love shopping at JB Hifi, you know what, at Christmas time last year I went in thier Rockingham store to buy a JBL Bluetooth speaker for work, the one I wanted was $100 off, then I see that they had the party box on special as well, in the cart with it too lol, then I see they had the extreme 3 discounted as well so I ended up buying all 3 and saved over $400, which meant I got the extreme 3 for free, but I paid for them with afterpay and hey What a buy, yeah I love JB hifi.

Delivered both dishwasher and washing machine. I paid extra for the connection of the dishwasher but they connected my washing machine instead and left the dishwasher in the original packaging.When I explained what I paid for, they said it's different to what they have on their system despite my receipt showing otherwise. Without trying to solve the situation, they just left.I have now had to install the dishwashing machine myself despite paying for JB Hi-fi to install it.Upon testing the washing machine for the first time, they have not even installed the washing machine correctly as it has leaked at the end of the waste pipe because they didn't install the hose clamp. Atrocious service. I will not be purchasing from JB Hi-fi delivery again.

Came in for a pair of headphones, Josh offered to help and was super friendly. Even going so far as to get alternatives to show me as I had my bike with me.Left with a good pair of headphones and the adapter. Thanks Josh!

JB HI-FI offer a Hugh range of products focusing on computers and accessories and other products. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any queries.Access is easy with a large parking area. There are two exits. The south exit is left direction only onto Leach Highway, the north side exit feeds onto Rome Road so the driver has the choice of first exit to leach highway ( left only), second exit to McCoy St to reach South Street and third exit along Rome Road to Canning Highway. JB is a great place to shop.

Terrible place, poorly managed the employees in stores are helpful but the female manager has zero customer skills and talks to you like a robot.avoid this place if you want to have a pleasant buying experience.Perhaps take a pic nic and a chair if you do go here because you will be waiting for along time..

Staff were friendly and explained that things have been moved around and reorganised recently and they will be able to help locate products if needed. I was looking for a RJ45 networking cable and the staff member showed us to exactly where it was as soon as he found out where it was.

Didnt have to wait long to be served, many friendly staff members came up to us to ask if we needed help. It was a nice experience to come into. A huge shoutout to Andy for being so knowledgeable on the products and advising us on what product would best suit our needs at the best price thanks again Andy! We would definitely come back here again for Andy if we need to buy electronics again.

I was offered a 10% discount code via a Facebook ad.I attended the Mayaree WA store in person hoping to redeem the 10% discount on a new laptop.While the store had the laptop in stock, they could not apply the 10% discount (as it was 'online only').So I submitted an order online, however the Myaree store was not doing click and collect, despite the sale guy standing there in front of me with the laptop.So I then had to go to the Booragoon store to collect.Because of all of this running around and lack of service I might shop at The Good Guys or Harvey Norman before JB next time.Very poor experience.
