They have a faulty system and keep doing bad calculations Of hours in the timesheets resulting in charging over an hour or more. I got around 4 faulty invoices charging easy more they should. Also, they are not good at chasing up clients requests for support workers and they charge more than the NDIS highest rate for their negligence.
