Brighton Mazda was absolutely outstanding! We recently bought our new car off of them and they went above and beyond to help us. Daniel looked after our needs every step of the way and any questions we had he was more than happy to answer them! Abe showed us our new car and every fun and safety feature it had - he really made it an amazing experience. Brighton Mazda has some of the best professionalism that I’ve seen in a long time - will definitely be coming back!

Recently locked my keys in the boot at 5:40 on Saturday evening. Unfortunately I hadn't unlocked my car and when I got the door picked the security system engaged (no button to pull the seat forward inside the car) and so I couldn't open the boot / turn on the car.Called Brighton Mazda and got passed to Dave the used car manger. Even though it was close to closing time he made a few calls and tried finding a solution. Eventually he drove down AFTER WORK from Brighton to Clayton to help me out. Eventually found out there's hidden lever where the seat belt comes out from. Dave spent 40 minutes trying to push that lever and eventually did! Got my keys out of the boot and was on my way!When I offered to pay him / buy him a coffee he politely refused and said it was all part of the service.Truly exceptional!Thanks Dave and Brighton Mazda!

I just took delivery of my 2022 Mazda 3 from Brighton Mazda, I would like to recommend Mitch to anyone wanting or thinking of buying a new Mazda, Mitch was friendly, professional and extremely patient with me as I visited many times while waiting for my car to be delivered the delays were of no fault of Mazda Brighton however both Mitch and the sales manager generously and kindly compensated me for some of the delay issues, the car itself is amazing turning heads everywhere I drive/ park etc,The whole team at Mazda are fantastic from reception, sales and of course the servicing counter staff.I will be purchasing my third Mazda 3 in a couple of years knowing that I will only receive the very best service.

Found Brighton Mazda to give10/10 service, particularly Jason who I dealt with, keen to get the right deal- to get me in the car & came out from the start saying the discount/ deal offered - not playing games.It was a great experience picking up the car, - Jason was going above and beyond making sure everything was working right & going through the settings to make sure it returned to suit. Even though the dealership was across town for us, it was well worth the effort going across to get it worked out.The bt50 is great, absolutely Love it & the Family all Loved looking at it/ admiring it- once I got it home.Even the follow up call the next day to make sure everything went smoothly.

Abe at Brighton Mazda was great to deal with. I knew that there were long delays in the shipping of cars due to overseas constraints. In spite of this, the car was delivered on the day I was promised. We also really appreciated the fact that Abe worked to make the delivery of the car a special occasion. His enthusiasm and advice were fantastic and he was happy to work within our budget. I love my new Mazda!
