10 june ( 9:30 PM)Very rude staff I am sure he was intoxicated.He was rude to his co worker who seems to be new.Bad customer service.I don’t know why management doesn’t know stillThis has happened several times.

Such a bad experience visiting this store .Zero Customer service , very unprofessional.Never ever gonna visit ever again .Please give extra training to your Staff.Just ruined my day !!!Thank you .

Excellent customer service from staff name Mr Praj very professional but unfortunately one staff name Kevin needs to go on training or Resign from BWS very poor service can't open store on time rude manner towards customers but Mr praj my apologies if I got your name wrong thank you for your understanding customers needs good job keep it up woolworths should be very proud to have you working with BWS

BWS Campsie is a really bad place to shop:1) The staff never greet you, they are always unfriendly for some reason.2) They have no self awareness, I've lost count of how many times I have to ask for a receipt after buying something, you would think they would give it to you automatically like in other places, my guess is they are terrified of you leaving them a bad review or complaint as the sales docket has a link to let you do just that.3) Most of their stock is not in individual pieces, it comes wrapped in bulk, they are so lazy they can't be bothered leaving individual items ready for you to pick up, most times you have to unwrap it yourself, sure you could tell them to do it but why bother? If they didn't bother doing it the first time when they put it on the shelf what makes you think they will gladly do it if you tell them, besides you'll lose even more time waiting for them to come and do it.4) Place needs new employees in there, the ones there now are just too bitter and it shows in how they interact with the customers.

There is a Guy Named steve who makes a fun of the people ascent. I had terrible customer service experience with this person . I think they should not keep such person with that attitude to do customer service. As the suburbs is full of multi cultural people.

Used to have friendly staff, the one today he’s shaking head if people couldn’t find wallet in front of him. He’s rude…hopefully can change back with some friendly staff.

Good staff very efficient always in & out quickly , but there beer prices are more expensive than other bottle shops within 10 minutes drive you will save a considerable amount if you drive a short distance .

It was probably up there with one of the best experiences I’ve had today.I knew what I was after and they had it and within minutes I was out of there.

gee most of the reviews are from Nepalis they love to drink obviously looks like nursing is the same 99%nepali maybe they are nurses they need to have a drink after the hard work but what I dont understand is some reviews from muslims who really are not meant to be drinking according to the religion , it is forbidden so dunno how they can judge the service of alcohol lol anyway I LOVE BWS IM A NURSE AND ARE MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED THEY ARE FRIENDLY, OBLIGING AND GREAT SERVICE IS ALWAYS PROVIDED
