Woolies at Caddens Corner is a new development and a very refreshing place unlike many Woolworths outlets in busy locations, suburbs and areas with parking issues. Very helpful staff and neat store. Majority of the staff are young and I could feel the difference in service levels. Full mark to the management and staff. Will surely visit this place again.

Nasty staff, especially the ones doing online orders. You have to watch out for them as they do not stop, slow down or talk. You have to jump out of their way as they come at you like a charging bull. No excuse me, thank you, smile, just grumpy! shelves are empty. When the staff do talk to each other they yell, swear, laugh out loud, I have heard them talk about certain customers, especially the old blonde/grey hair lady there. Her voice is so loud and irrating can hear here all through the store. Peaches are bitter and dry straight out of the freezer. Gross!

I went in for a block of tofu but mistakenly brought my wife in with me so ended up with a full trolley :)Woolworths may not as cheap as other supermarkets (mainly Aldi) but I hate shopping and my experience from parking to checkout is the least stressful at this store than almost anywhere else.

I love this store but get SO frustrated by the fact the meat section is usually bare!! its why I go to St.Marys, please follow St.Marys example and have plenty of stock!Coffee was half price, Caddens literally had one jar, went to St.marys and got around ten!I will return when you make sure there is plenty of stock please.

Such a hard store to call and most times when you do get through the call drops out so you have to call 3 times to actually get an answer to your question. When I finally got through to someone, I asked the question they said hang on a minute, and next thing I am speaking with someone else. No explanation however at this point, it is what it is, I spoke to a very polite young lady who has exceptional customer service skills by the name of Chloe. Chloe went so far as to double check if their store had what i needed, to which they do not however Chloe than went on to check other stores for me so I didn't waste my time calling each store to find it. All 3 Stars are for Chloe and her help and the 2 missing goes to the rest of the staff there that have no genuine interest in being there., except to earn money.

New store, well laid out. Large fresh food section and bakery.Staff were friendly and helpful. There is some undercover parking outside, it is part of a new complex called Caddens Corner.

It has a lot of the stuff you need, it’s large section for imported food is great so if your local woolies lacks this, this one might have what you’re looking for
