Not the best experienceFirst I have been called one hour before the booking time to change it from 11:30 to 11:15am.Then we arrived at 11:20 am and have been told we cannot be in the same room as we are late and the double room is booked after us.My understanding was that they change the room so we can have a 1hour massage as booked without disturbing other clients.Our massage ended after 45 minutes at 12:15 pm. What was the point of changing the room if the massage is shortened?Also, I was full of oil at the end of the massage and needed to remove it before putting clothes on. My partner was ok.

Best full body massage I've ever had. My constant should stiffness vanished after one massage. I also had highlights and a cut after a massage. Amazing, thorough consult prior to my colour being applied. My hair colour is perfect and exactly what I asked for and the cut I was given looks fantastic. I'll be back for sure!

Great experience from start to finish. Zinnia appears to be a one-stop-shop. I came here by recommendation from my mother-in-law. The ladies were all very professional and experienced. I had my hair done (full head of foils- very happy with the result and the advice given), my eyebrows waxed, a whole body scrub and then a spray tan. The whole experience was so relaxing. I booked in for a facial and a massage this week. Looking forward to it. Thanks
