Have been using the guys in Subi for a while now for several of our family cars of different makes and vehicle types and they are super helpful, reliable and always try to go that little bit extra. Customer service team/front of house is super friendly and nothing too much trouble.Also, not being a car-guru, I feel they are trustworthy, not overcharging and doing things unnecessarily, which I have experience at previous auto shops. Highly recommend giving them a go.

My left indicator bulb had blown. I called up asking about a fix and Chris told me to come down and he’d fix it for free!! Turned up 5 mins later and Chris did exactly as he said. I now have a working indicator and didn’t spend a dime. 10/10 cheers Chris!

Dishonest recommending changing parts like wipers that were changed 2 months ago, spark plugs that were changed 6 mths ago saying they were worn amongst other things. Car running perfectly and would have considered them for other work if they were honest like the timing belt as it's almost due but I'm not even sure the oil and filter were changed now.EDIT: comment to your reply below. I replied to the video link you supplied. You have now deleted the video that I was leaving the review through. And yes definitely a customer!

The work done to my vehicle was okay, but the customer service was pretty dismal. The staff member behind the counter made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for bringing my car in, then had the nerve to say that I was lucky their mechanics were wanting to do their own work when I came in to get my car at 5pm even though it says online that they close at 5:30. I had to pay $1400 for a service and repairs which is fine as I know mechanics overcharge on labour and parts, but If you're going to shaft me on prices the least you can do is be nice about it. Can be certain im not going to be back.

I dropped in to organise getting my headlight fixed and they did it on the spot within 10 minutes. The team at Auto Masters Subiaco were very helpful and accommodating. I'll be going to them for my next car service!
