The kids party room very average, nothing like website. No light in party room. Staff were quite useless and don’t really care about you or the experience. Overall would waste your time, find something else to do.

Worst attraction I’ve ever been too. Waste of money. Had to pay for every individual person yet only one person could interact at a time. Was poor quality. Sound was terrible and could hear sound and talking from other rooms. Save your money and have a better time at Timezone.

Completely underwhelming. The website is more interesting then the experience. The effects are clunky and difficult to interact with, especially for littler kids. Only one person at a time can play, making everyone else impatient. Spend your money somewhere else

Outdated, terrible quality of picture, bad for your eyes. Would not recommend wasting your money and time. Staff were friendly.

The customer service was disgusting. We went as a outing with two disabled clients and when went in and sat down the seat was soaking wet. I got soaked all the way Thu my clothes and the manager responds was “o sorry “ there was no care she honestly couldn’t care less. Lollies wrappers on floor. Floor/urine had even soaked Thu to floor where all power cords are under seats. Glasses where dirty and greasy so no covid cleaning process. I was just disgusted that I may have sat in urine and it had soak thought to my underwear and manager just did not care at all

My son loved it. I recommend you should give it a try. We selected the aquarium. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I think one or two people is ideal. Otherwise they will have to fight for the interactive glasses.

A fun experience for all ages. It took a minute to get used to the visual effects, but it was a fun thing to do.

It was definitely a fun experience. I believe this is suited more for children as the graphics aren’t out of this world.We had a lot of technical issues in the beginning. The glasses weren’t working and the animation was glitching. The service was amazing, the lady who set the room up for us kept coming in trying to fix the problems that occurred.The space was clean and comfortable. Only one person can interact and see the animation in its full form. The other person needs to sit down and watch while one person interacts. Each animation is pretty short. So if you were a big family you would have around two turns each.They also sell dinosaur toys at the entrance which are large and cheap. I highly recommend their toys and merchandise.Is this attraction worth $30+ each? No it definitely isn’t. Ripley’s was a lot less and had a lot more going on. Although I enjoyed my experience it wasn’t of the utmost amazement.Maybe when the graphics are better in the future I would highly recommend this.
