Big shout out to Windsor today. I contacted them this morning about a small problem with a recently installed blind and hey pro they called in this afternoon. Problem fixed. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Very efficient service. My new roll-up window awnings were made and fitted promptly. They look good and work efficiently to block the sun while allowing reasonable vision.

I contacted Windsor Blinds and Awnings at Cardiff to arrange a quote. On the day of my quote I waited, I waited and I waited. At 4pm I rang to see if they were still coming and the lady on reception said she'll ring and find out and get back to me. So I waited, I waited and I waited and @ 4:45pm I rang her back but of course no answer. Unless you want to waist your day like I did DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Obviously covid hasn't affected them and they are doing such great business that they do not need my money. Nothing is worst than trades not showing up, it is rude and extremely unprofessional and in a world with mobil phones there is no excuse, a simple curtesy call is all that is needed.
