Found what I was looking for on my own, staff have no idea. The only team member that had a clue was the young lady at the front door. I have found this to be the case on every occasion I have been there. Staff members need to carry a store guide on them at least.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the young bloke who looked after me? His name was Ryan or could be his sure name it was a few weeks ago in the evening extremely helpful I have been going to bunnings at maitland for some time & tried other bunnings sites but maitland have the best customer service in my dealings with bunnings maitland thats foreshore top shelf

Wanted to buy tools and twice nobody greeted or wanted to serve me . One staff member was glued to a screen while people walked by, and two other staff were simply chatting to each other for ten mins not bothered that I was looking to buy. Useless.

Didn't have what I wanted. A long painful wait on the phone to make a special order but no one answered the phone after 15 minutes. Rang back, they said someone will call back but no return call about what i ordered after 2 weeks.

Being an avid but novice gardener I appreciated the extra time and tips given by David. With his problem solving and wisdom sharing - beyond just ‘buy this’… I felt genuinely supported in my gardening journey! At Maitland the category experts need to be rostered on for ‘expert hour!’ so we know when to catch them. Sometimes advice can be a little ‘light on the ground’, but staff like this go a long way to ensuring I come back..

The team member who helped me purchase a basic drill for odd jobs could not have been helpful. He understood I didn't require all the bells and whistles. Very happy with my purchase.

Always a pleasured to go to Maitland Bunnings. Anytime I request help from a staff member it is never a problem.My only complaint would be finding a staff member on the floor during the week (Monday- Friday) few and far between in the isles.

Huge placeStock was a little all over the place the day I visited . Hard to find a staff member to ask questions . But that’s unfortunately the world we live in these days .Checkout lady was very nice
