Recently used Pro Active Customs & Freight for customs clearance. Found them to be professional, hands-on and contactable 24/7.They guided me with what paperwork I needed and were reasonably priced.

I sent an expensive package overseas with Australia Post for $270, and to my disappointment, the package was returned to me 2 months after sending it. Australia Post couldn't give me a detailed explanation as to why it was returned. I engaged Proactive Freight to deliver the package. I provided the details of the package, and while postage was more expensive, it arrived within a week to the other side of the planet and didn't hear any complaints from the customer. I didn't experience any issues with customs. Next time I send something expensive, I'll just engage Proactive in the first instance, as Australia Post failed to deliver in this instance.
