When I called the owner asking for the refund of tiles that HAVENT been delivered for the past month, his response is ‘I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU, IM NOT TALKING TO YOU’ and he hangs up. Mr Morris, do you talk to your wife and mum like this ?Shameful service, absolutely disgusting workmanship, and no remorse for ruining someone’s house with your bad tilers, and then not taking any accountability. IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB, DO NOT USE THEM. BIG WARNINGS TO YOU.And we’re still waiting on our refund for products that haven’t been delivered. Thank you, hope you learn that your business is absolutely rubbish.

World of Tiles staff have been very helpful. They have a big selection of tiles and as a bonus are open on Sundays. Kay’s expert eye helped me find tiles to match my living room and kitchen which was near impossible to match. Elias was very prompt and helpful in delivering the tiles and getting extra for me when a few arrived with chips in them. Price was excellent too!

Save yourself the trouble and find yourself any other tiling shop, even ask your friend or uncle that tiled their house once before, because they will do a more professional job than World Of Tiles. Even if your other tiler does a poor job, atleast they will treat you with respect and dignity like a business should.World of tiles fails to treat it's customer with respect and as you can see from other similar reviews, they will do whatever they can to avoid providing a refund

Dennis was very helpful and got the job done on time as promised. Very happy with Jack and Mohammad work in tiling the house. They were very helpful throughout the job and would recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience.

Bad quality tiles and horrible service!! Ripped off. Scammer. The tile laid in my house looks so cheap. Hi Mr. Yousif, Yes, you had mislead and deceived us because you sent us different tiles you showed me in your shop. As you admitted, you provided not 10mm but 8mm. The quality of tiles also look different. Please be honest and not aggressive to the customer. Please do not say to the customer that I am not going to say sorry to you unless PUNCH YOUR FACE"."

The dodgy alignment of tiles comes for free when you purchase tiles from here.Save yourself your money and go somewhere else. I know a better place for half the price. Would not recommend even if you had no where else to go!Save yourself the hassle of dealing with an unprofessional man.

We had a great experience with world of tiles. They provided a lot of advice through the selection process & were very accommodating when we had to change deliver dates/times due to trade delays. Tiles in our bathrooms are so beautiful in look & texture.

It was great working with World Of Tiles for our kitchen renovations. They were able to accommodate for the mistakes we made and were very responsive and flexible. They have a great selection of tiles and we are very happy with the tiles they supplied us with - no quality issues whatsoever. The tiles look amazing too in our new kitchen. We will definitely be using World Of Tiles for any future renovations!
