The team at Motorama set a new benchmark for me when buying a new vehicle. Great vehicle knowledge, competence and fast finance and delivered the vehicle on time. Would definitely recommend Motorama.

Biggest rip off these guys, diagnosed my jeep for temp control actuator and gave a quote of $1600. Part itself being around $200 something and the rest for labour. Told me I’ll have to leave my jeep for 2 days as it’s a big job, that they’ll have to open the dash in order to get in.Researched around and found a jeep specialist, he gave me an appointment for 2 weeks after and have a quote of around $400 at the worst. Took it to him, finished the job in 3 hours, charged $229 for doing everything also fixed the hand brake which jeep Motorama didn’t in the last 2 services. I am wandering how much they would’ve ripped me off over 2 years.Don’t fall for their charity gestures, they rip us off and donate to get tax benefits.

Massive thanks to Tony, Joel and the team, they exceeded our expectations purchasing our first new car.Tony and Joel were very helpful and went out of their way to find the colour Jeep we wanted with all the add-ons, and they were able to do this in under a week.We weren't pushed into a descision, and they were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process.Can't reccomend enough, pop in, say hi and have a look around!

Hi there. This rating reflects my experience with the service department of this branch. I've been getting my JK repaired and my JT serviced here over the last 3 years and I am pleasently surprised of how professional and easy it has been. The staff is not only very friendly and helpful but their communications are on point. They've always called me back when they promised to do so (trust me, I've had my fair share with dealing with other mechanics and dealerships), have very reasonable rates and timeframes for service work and repairs and their workmanship is on point. On top of that they organised a pickup/dropoff or a loaner vehicle when I needed it. So, to make it even more clear. The Service Department at Motorama Jeep Springwood is a shining example of how customer service is done right and should be done. Thank you to the team for all your help in the past. :)

If you are looking for a Jeep look no further, best team by far, I'm from the Gold Coast and having owned a Jeep before, I can say all the bad things I experienced with the car was due to my local dealership. It was definitely worth the drive to Logan to meet Allan and the team at Motorama, better price, better customer service and way friendlier than my local dealership. Highly recommend those guys!

Best company I have dealt with . Great deal they gave us on new grand Cherokee and easy to communicate and overall pleasant. Alan and our sales girl Natalie were awesome and we will definitely use this dealership again and recommend. Thanks guys

I bought my Jeep from them! When my diff on freeway near them they were great on the phone. Helpful. Although communication or knowledge from service desk could be lifted in regards to back and forth communication with mechanic staff and with insurance company. May have quickened thing s up. I was impressed with the outcome. I do suffer anxiety and get a little emotional…. but I got a hire car for the week. All worked out well.

Customer service was rubbish. I went to the guy behind the counter to enquire about a new car, and I was brushed off. Shame as I'm looking for 2 new cars and they have just lost my business.
