I'm a Queenslander by birth, I know fish and chips. Not many places can compare to a costal town's local serve. And frankly, I have been having a hard time finding a place that can match. That ended when I found this place.You couldn't find better staff! Smiles all around, get to know their regulars and their orders, free food if they stuff something up (only happened once so far after being a long time regular) Great tasting fish and the best chips I've found, anywhere in WA!The only real downside is they don't have a tip jar.

A neighbour recommended to try this fish and chips and I'm so happy we did. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes so perfect for pick up. We had a Tuesday special which is great value for money. The fish was the perfect balance of crispy batter and melting flesh...so yummy. Will definitely order again from them.

Great taste fish & chips but they don't accept Cards so take some cash. There is ATM machine 50 mitre away or you can cash out from the Rivervale IGA.

I stay nearby and had been passing this place for a few times. Felt having fish and chips yesterday. Read the review and decided to try.The place is not the best refurbished,but I'm looking for the food. Came right after they open and to my surprise there are ppl alredy in the shop.I ordered snapper and chips. The snapper is $12.50 and additional chips with the fish is $1. I'm happy with the portion. The fish is well cooked. It is still moist. As for the chips, I like it a bit more crisp.Fish: 9/10Chips: 7/10Service: 8/10

A friend recommend them to us and I'm glad we took thier advice, not only are there fish and chips delicious but I'd have to say other than the Fish Boss they are probably the best organised and efficient fish and chips shop I've been to, I'd be lucky if I waited 10 minutes for a large order

The place looks dilapidated and doggy.The food was the complete opposite! Tried the fish and chips. Good value, good taste, fish was juicy and fresh to the bite, they also threw in a bit of white sauce thingy.Minor issue is they are cash only and that the chip portion was slighty small.

Awesome fish and chip joint, great tasting food, not oily, has good servings and is run by some friendly people. You can tell they buy quality ingredients, fish was fresh and cooked very well.
