We ordered the pulled beef arepa and the chicken empanada. All i can say is OMG this is so delicious. It's made fresh and so delicious. The area had plenty of beef inside and the flavours are well balanced. The empanada is to die for. Crunchy on the outside and the chicken inside was so tasty and it was lean. The avocado dip was so yummy and the flavours pop and zing in your mouth. I will definitely be back here for more!! I was going to take a picture of the food but we ate too quickly!!

Empanadas were good however the arepa did not have much flavor and also didn't have much filling in it.

Better than all South American restaurants I have tried in Melbourne.

Located at Preston Market I stopped here to purchase a snack whilst shopping at the market.There are tables and seats nearby or you can eat standing right next to the truck at a few upright barrels.I purchased late afternoon on Easter Thursday and understandably they didn't have everything in stock.I couldn't order what I wanted so I ended up with the Pulled Beef Empanada with a Guacamole dip for $8.00.I received a single piping hot Empanada, generously filled with pulled Beef, mildly spiced and tasty, although a little dry.The Guacamole dip would have made a big difference, but they'd run out of that unfortunately as well.I would have expected a slight discount of $50c-$1.00 for the missing dip but non was offered.Be warned that as the Empanadas are deep fried they are insanely hot!!It was a good 10-15minutes before mine cooled down enough to eat safely.I would try again, hopefully with a full menu available next time I'm at the market.

Pulled beef arepa was amazing, delicious slow cooked beef seasoned perfectly. $16 (+3 for guacamole). Friendly staff and quick service time, would definitely come try the other flavours next time

My new favourite snack spot at the market. The corn empanadas are perfectly crispy and chewy with such nice flavour from the dough alone, not to mention the fillings. The black bean and cheese variations are both spot on.

The empanadas are delicious. I will go out of my way to buy some. It's a must when you visit Preston Market.
