First Sonali dealt with my properties and Nimra is currently dealing with it. Recently, we had a problem with one tenant. Their breadth and depth of experience across Canberra really showed when they presented me with their case to sell my townhouse. They did their research and presented me an optimistic, but achievable, sale price - and their research was proven right.Kostya's communication was clear, informative and frequent. He called as soon as any information needed to be passed on and responded to texts and calls well outside normal business hours. I have a small child, so I really appreciated how both Kostya and Nathan came to see me instead of requiring me to come into their office - it really made it easier and made me feel catered to and understood.From his impressive suits to his vast knowledge of the industry, Kostya's professionalism was ace. Town residential is the worst real estate in Canberra. Sonali and Ajay both are very unprofessional real estate agent. They don’t know how to communicate with customers. First of all they will never ever pick your call and in case if they will pick, they will talk to you in bad way. It was our biggest mistake we got house on lease through them. Sonali is very unprofessional about her work. She is senior property manager but she doesn’t even know how to manage it. We suffered alot during the end of lease just because of Sonali . She never replied to our emails and phone calls and at the end she was blaming us. This is not the right way to deal with customers.
