Bicycle Banh Mi

This is my favourite pie shop of all time. Their pies are exactly the sort of pie I like to eat. Their sausage rolls are also perfection. Their custard tarts are the best I've ever had.

They have some people working here now who are not making the bahn mi properly, my last roll was very flavourless and dry, could hardly finish it. Used to be 4 stars, now 2 stars.

This review is purely on the service. Charging eftpos surcharge is illegal.they take advantage of people not to mention they have a minimum spend which is fine but then you illegally charge a surcharge fee. Very disappointing for a local business. The food is great but that will be the last time I shop. Oh and changing 30 cents for sauce on a $7 pie is ridiculous.

They say 6.80 and put 7 on the eftpos for paypass and face the price away from you. That's theft. Check you banking app after purchase. They also have Scientology pamphlets. Not going there again.

Solid local bakery with good selection of tasty pies and bahn mis. Very nice staff are great with kids. Popular with the tradies, so pies can go quick. Recommend coming before 1230pm on weekdays.

Have been coming here for 5 years. Banh mi very tasty but needs a little more crispy pork on there. I only had 2 small pieces on mine today. Please put more meat on! Otherwise everything great

It annoys me how grubby and cheap these guys can be as it is my local bakery and quite good sometimes. They can be really stingy.I was given a wrong order. I took it back to the store, and instead of making a fresh one, they just took out the tofu and replaced it with pork. They also took out the filling, left it on the bench, and then put it into another roll. I had to persist with them to make me a fresh roll, was given one begrudgingly.This is not food safe practices. A wrong order that left the store should go into the bin and fresh roll be made.Last point, they charge extra for card payments even though this has been illegal in Victoria for many years.

Pies are ordered from another bakery and the rolls are left in there since 6.30am with flies everywhere. Go to Footscray for a viet roll. Cheaper and better tasting

Lovely fresh sandwiches and great tiger bread, however needs a little more crispy pork on the sandwiches. I always I am hungry afterwards after 1 roll. Still my favourite in the areas but just needs more meat!! :)
