Dishonest staff and service with rude attitude. Never ever will go there for my car service. experiencing such a poor service once for life is enough. a few bolts are missing after changing the tyres and brakes. More issues come up after they touch my car.... .... and they would like to charge more for fixing the problem they caused. it is definite a trap!!!

Dishonest staff. Went to do a pink slip and was told that a million things need to be changed, and quoted a high fee for it. Stuff the mechanic said is clearly not in line with RMS standard. Went to do pink slip another place and passed without any problems. Only go there if you wanted to be ripped of!! Some of the positive comments are clearly from owner or staff. Very misleading!!

The mechanic are great, theyknow what they are doing and care for the car, prices are also super reasonable.

Appointment was made for 8:30am for 4 new tyres with a maximum wait time of 2 hours.... first staff member not in until 9am... then went to pick up my car after over 3 hours and was told that it was going to be another hour... will never be coming here again. If things are delayed, your customers should be notified.

Very rude and extremely poor customer service. Refused to provide warranty card.High price for zero service. Do not go there.

DON'T GO HERE.Tried to have my tyres changed, they just took them off and put it back on WITHOUT PUTTING ALL THE BOLTS BACK into my back left wheel (ONLY 2/5). When i chased them up on it, at first they seemed remorseful and promised to buy new bolts right away, but after a week of purposely dodging my calls (calling their mobile would ring to voicemail but they would pick up the landline straight away as they cannot see the number of the caller), I was fed up and angry with their complete lack of responsibility and ordered the bolts from mercedes myself and picked them up on the same day (something golden tyres and auto claimed would take a while).DISHONEST SERVICE AND STAFF whose mistakes could of resulted in an accident of even death. Completely unacceptable.

They have really looked after me. I got a full set, then someone put a nail through my side wall a few months later and they gave me a good price to replace it because of the situation. Have now moved further away from them, but happy to keep taking my car there.Thanks boys
