Friendly and very quick staff where you hand in your prescription but at the front register they're quite the opposite.As for the prices, they're definitely not cheap like they claim! Usual price of my script I've got dozens of times is between $19-$25, at this store however it cost $35 (most expensive I've ever had to pay)! May not seem like must but charging 40-84% more than other chemists when they advertise themselves as being cheaper" is a bit ridiculous."

I was in 14 day quarantine at the Inter Continental Hotel after arriving back into W.A and had prescription medication and some vitamin tablets delivered by Chemist Discount Warehouse after the doctor supplied a prescription to them. Prompt service and vitamin price very cheap. Polite employee handle my request via the telephone.

nice place, clean and open early! I came in two mornins in a row before uni to test a couple of skincare products and make sure they don’t irritate my skin before I buy. i sampled sparingly and hygienically from the designated labeled tester bottles. the woman at the counter told me to skedaddle cos she’d seen me here yesterday morning, I’m not sure if she was mad about me testing the products without buying them or if she felt I was loitering - either way I felt pretty uncomfortable and idk if I’ll come back there to buy the products I tested which is a shame cos their prices are reasonable. the staff were polite it was just a weird experience. if ur a student with limited funds who likes to try before they buy, priceline and Mecca might b better and more helpful staff :)

I stumbled in here with a splitting migraine. The staff were wonderful, helping me find that right pain relief and offering me water in a super friendly and caring manner.

Went in for a 'flu vaccination today and loved the service; from a smiling and helpful Chrissy who served me at the front counter to a friendly and caring pharmacist (Jonathan) at the back who administered a painless injection. I'll be back!

Absolutely great experience at this store, friendly customer service, greeted with a smile, attentive to my needs and also offered suitable alternatives at a much cheaper price compared to major brands with the same quality. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the CBD or anyone looking for a high quality customer service.

Today my mum went for some medicine to this pharmacy. My mum doesn’t speak English and the lady who attended her was extremely kind and helpful. She used her phone to translate and being able to help my mum. Nobody had ever done this for her before except at the Apple store. I am very grateful for this, so is my mum.
