Chermside Butcher & Grill

The hot box meals here are very good and usually there are options that include a piece of pork belly and some potato bake, if one is not pre made up the staff will usually very kindly make one up for you. Unfortunately this time when I asked if one could please be made up the woman at the counter very rudely said no, so I left. I do hope this place resolves their poor customer service soon as their food is very good.

Great selection of fresh meat cuts and their hot box selections are fantastic. Roast pork, lamb. Chips, potato bake. The list goes on.

Excellent products on offer, affordable price. Unfortunately, poor customer service. There is an Asian lady at the cooked ready to eat area in the front area of the butchery . Absolutely rude and abrupt. I had a few brushed up with this lady. I'm not sure why she's still employed at this shop as she is really bringing down this place with her with it. Very vicious and rude. You can have the best products to sell, but If your staff can't connect relate to customer- then it's store's downfall . Listen up guys, go find someone who can deliver and provide good customer service. Invest in providing her necessary skills in the customer service area as she has none of that.

Their chicken kievs are the best. However they use to be $5 each. They have now gone up to $7.50 each.I do realise that everything is going up but seriously how greedy could you be.Put them up to at least $6 or something.Hate to think in a couple of years time they might be $10 each.Praying that it doesn't happen.

Recommend their pork and beef sandwiches, very generous servings of meat. Haven't tried their other hot food, but it all looks nice.

Always good quality meats, warm food sometime doesn’t feel fresh but good value.

Very rude staff! I asked for 15 peices of chicken, they only put in 14, so I kindly pointed that out, and the staff member threw the chicken all over the display cabinent, and counted 14. He then rudely put all the chicken back into the bag. And the worst thing about all of this is the chicken was soggy!

Absolute best value for money! The products available are well presented and super fresh. The have arrange of packs to meet the demand of cost of living in these trouble times. Definitely worth the buy and highly recommended ☺️

Overall - Very bad customer service. There are better butchers around this area than this one.Good:Quality of the meat I have brought so far is not bad. I have shopped here nearly 10 times so far (being near to our home and convenient being outside Coles and Fruit Shop)Bad:Customer Service is very very bad.Charges more when requesting to cut the Chicken (for skin-off too). So - What's the point to buy from a Butcher (?) Sometimes have been told 'We dont cut anymore'...'what do you want' and mostly felt like we dont want you here"Handling meat without gloves. In a not good way."
