Inti Gourmet Fine Peruvian Food
I haven’t eaten traditional Peruvian food before and everything we had was delicious. Reasonably priced and the cocktails yummy. Recommend for something different and will return to try other dishes.

Authentic Peruvian food at its best - a surprising find in the beachside suburb of Chelsea! Having been to Peru, there were a lot of nostalgic and familiar dishes and ingredients, such as ceviche, cassava/potato’s and huancaina sauce, lomo Saltaldo, empanadas etc.But they also serve grilled meats, classic Peruvian stews for those who want to ease into Peruvian cuisine.All the popular drinks are there too, including Inca Cola (like a Peruvian creamy soda), pisco sours, and chicha morada.The tres leches cake is also to die for (they can make them as birthday cakes too)

Delicious authentic Peruvian food. My first Peruvian experience and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the pork belly and chicken stew. Try the Peruvian drinks - the cocktails are to die for. You wont be disappointed, the service is fantastic too! Fairly priced. The empanadas were amazing and well the desert - you have to try to see what I am talking about!

After eating here, I can safely say Peru is now of my must travel destination.. The impression I got from this restaurant was the main two staples in Peru are potato's and the classic Peruvian yellow mystery sauce that goes well with everything.0ne starAnd that's for the beer

Ive been twice in this place, basically because i want my friends try" peruvian food. In general is dissapoited that in Melbourne is hard to find a place for It. But well.. inti gourmet is the option most close to the experience

This is the BEST Peruvian food I have ever had. Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. The beef were cooked so incredibly well—the perfect combination of juicy and charred. The huancaina sauce is magnificent. The pasta was perfectly al dente. The cassava chips, my gosh they were so crunchy and extremely delightful. The lomo saltado... where do I even begin to describe this masterpiece recipe?! The beautiful orchestra of the tomatoes, the sweetness from the onions, and the saltiness of the sauce along with the right choice of sides (chips and rice) to go with the perfectly cooked beef is now one of my favorite dishes of all time. This too applies to the beef and fettuccine with huancaina sauce. The beef from this fettuccine huancaina dish is absolutely DELICIOUS. We’ve never tasted beef THIS good ever!! The service was lovely and the interior is cozy and delightful to the eyes. You’ve won us over. We’re going to keep coming back, and taking our family and friends with us. Thank you for giving us the BEST food experience we’ve had from such a small gem of a restaurant near the ocean!!!

Absolutely fantastic food, ambience and staff were so lovely. We had two desserts two however missed photos as we were so keen.The drinks were really good, one passionfruit cocktail, one incan kola and one purple corn drink.

Highly recommend.I went to have a lunch after enjoying Chelsea beach.The environment is themed and there was good Latin music that together took us to Peru.The food is delicious and authentic.We ordered to eat for two people and it was more than enough for us.As a cold starter, we ordered a “ceviche de pescado”. The acidity of the broth was at the point, the ceviche wet, with fresh fish and quality.For a hot starter, we order “yuquita frita” or “cassava chips with huancaina sauce”. This sauce is wonderful and it has a unique and very tasty flavor, it's worth a try.For the main dish we ordered the “arroz con mariscos” which is “paella” with prawns, calamari and scallops.We also drink “chicha morada” which is a kind of purple corn juice.Everything was delicious, we left there very happy.The service was also exceptional, attentive and friendly.My experience with the restaurant was very good and I will come back for sure.
