We booked them for our move and the day before they said they couldn't make it! They did not offer any solutions at all, and we had to quickly find another company- who could only do on the weekend- meaning it cost us about $100 more than we'd anticipated. We'd strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Torquay Furniture Removals
I called David two weeks ago to book in a removal job from Melbourne to Torquay. He advised me to email the details to lock in the removal job which I did. After repeated calls and texts to confirm, he advises two days before the removal that can't fit it in! No response to the email, he was rude and short every time we spoke. Steer clear, not a good business. Customer service is non existent

I would give 10 stars if I could. Best service ever great bunch of guys that know exactly what they are doing. Very fast efficient service and very caring of your items.Can highly recommend. If you need anything moved this company is the one.
