RUDEST LADY CHEMIST I HAVE EVER MET! WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF IT WERE POSSIBLE!

Terrible customer service. Dirty store, boxes of stock everywhere. Was treated like an inconvenience both over the phone and face to face.

Lack of customer service, kept me waiting for 40 minutes for something that could of been resolved in 5 min.

The chemist Lakshmiiiiiii……. was rude and i went there to sign a declaration and she told me to wait there for 10 minutes. I wait there. She nearly refused to sign and told me to go to different chemist after 15 wait. So rude and zero in customer service.

I’ve been unwell with a cold, not sleeping so I did my research, found a product that would help, found that it was in stock. Went to 19 Ryrie street chemist warehouse, looked on the shelves, couldn’t see the product, asked the duty pharmacist for help locating it, was told just to look on the shelves and if I can’t see it, it’s not there. I explained I’d looked and might have missed it, was again dismissed and not assisted by the duty pharmacist. I then found a store assistant who quickly located it for me. I found the pharmacist here on this occasion to be dismissive, rude and displaying extremely poor manners. Not fun when you’re asking for help and feeling unwell.

Phamacist lady spoke to me very rude. From the biginning i was trying to be very polite and respect her. But she was continuously doing the same. She asked when doctor send prescription and while i was looking for it she asked the patient name. Cashier asked me to speak with phamacist for the cconsession, then i went back to the same rude lady again and she said she can't do anything as doctor has sent without consession. Then i came out to the car and she came to door in a while and asked me to come back for checking consession . Both occations started rude and then followed up. Then i told her dont do anything extra

The female pharmacists on duty was rude and obnoxious. Didn’t know how to use the script app on email. I have never had a problem with other pharmacists in this location. Been a client for well over five years. Time to find a new pharmacy where people enjoy their job.

Worst chemist store. Crowded and no regard for safe distance of 1.5m. No space to walk. Utter confusion inside. Waited for 30 minutes for eyedrops and was told it's not even a prescription medicine. Did not say when I gave the prescription.Do not waste your time here.

The Indian girl working there did a wonderful job in helping me get my prescription.

To the blonde cashier and beaurepairs enthusiast; I did appreciate it when you approached to notify me that my tyre was flat. What I did not appreciate was then taking me to my car while in the middle of trying to fill my script to grill me on my lack of insurance and contacts to assist me. When I went back inside you began discussing my situation with another customer, expressing your disapproval that I was about to drive away to go get it fixed. I'm in my 20s living alone and receive no financial assistance. I have little money and no one to help me, despite the cynicism you expressed to that customer, as you assumed that I must have family I can call. Withhold your judgement and consider that not everyone has the same options that you do. I'd also recommend some professionalism in refraining from gossiping about customers to other customers, particularly when the subject of your gossip is standing a metre away waiting for their script.
