Having had an unfortunate series of incidents w another Fire Safety company who were scheduled to promptly replace the defective fire alarm but still hadn’t turned up 4 weeks after the fault was reported.David & Jeremy were professional, honest, reliable and conducted themselves w the utmost integrity throughout my dealings w them (including Jeremy already kindly wearing his own face mask when coming into the property, during the pandemic). Very professional and delivered what was promised. I highly recommend FireSafe, they fixed my problem straight away.

Very poor customer service. They set up appointment day and time without consulting you. Then continue to send you texts saying if you are not there then they will charge you. The text number does not allow a return text so you can to call them. And the call is slow and the person on the other line not friendly or helpful - they don't listen they just tell you things.
