The Good Guys Erina

Matthew helped us get all the appliances for our new kitchen. Not only did he price match the competition but also upgraded some of our choices for the same price. He spent probably about an hour helping us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Matthew and The Good Guys saved us over $1000, I couldn't be happier.

Had a new F&P fridge freezer delivered on Sat afternoon. While installing the water feed it became apparent that there was an issue with either the filter or filter housing unit. Rang the store and they couldn’t be more helpful. On a Sunday in the middle of a very busy Black Friday sales they arranged for me to pick up a replacement filter and housing pack. Thanks Matt and the team, due to your efforts we now have the water system working, much appreciated.

Bought a tv from them, expecting next day delivery, didn’t received it. They didn’t provide any tracking information and they gave delivery driver my wrong phone number. Have been talking with them over the phone and after 5 days I went to store to know what going on and the guy called Dave was not polite about the matter and didn’t know much about the situation and tried to say that it’s my fault. Had a terrible first time customer experience with good guys. Wouldn’t recommend. Good with your staffing…good guys ☹️

Not so good guys!!!! I purchased a Samsung front loader 12 kg washing machine in October 2022, I paid to have it installed, it was installed incorrect and was leaking behind the washing machine. We didn't realizes until it rotted through the wall and destroyed my daughters bedroom cupboards carpet bed, hallway and laundry were all damaged, with two months of water damage. We contacted them, no help it was the hot water too. I was asked to get my own quotes for everything, just before Christmas. I was then asked to get out professionals to prove it was damaged. as we ran our own fans and dryers day and night to try and stop the mold. I have been sending emails and phone calls to Alex Clapp every week to try and get this fixed, I'm still waiting. my daughter hasn't been able to sleep in her room for months. the mold and rot and smell is unbearable shame on you good guys. wanting me to just go away offering me $500 that doesn't even cover the laundry cupboard. let alone the water bill.

After providing my phone number when asked ( I wish now I asked why at the time !) I’ve been slammed with unsolicited text messages!! Wanting me to spend more money in their stores!! It is an illegal practice and I hope now I’ve reported them they’ll stop doing it!!! I’ll spend more money , not with them but!!! If they intend to send promotional messages they need PERMISSION

We've been buying appliance to this so called the good guys for a good chunk of years, however the last few years the products we've been buying from them are purely not just satisfying. From LG washing machine to Bosch Vacuum cleaner. Their management has been rude about assisting with the issues we had. Do not even bother with extra guarantee as it is a scam. If your appliance is not working, they'll find any way to tell you it's YOUR FAULTS.What a shame after all these years relying on them for good appliances!I think we're done and dusted here. No more of the Good Guys" as they'vegobe Bad. Harvey Norman will surely compete with them."

The mediocre guys. Delivery terrible and a manager that is incompetent. Well done. Money back and repurchased goods at Harvey Norman. Manager Nick said didn't care about losing business, so I guess it's a win win then for the other guys.

The store employees here are friendly and helpful. What made our experience less than ideal, is the awful and unhelpful attitude of the man who works in the Click and Collect area.We travelled up from the Blue Mountains to collect an item that was only in stock at Erina. The man told us that he had no record of our transaction and we would have to come back when we got it sorted. He also said that the item was huge and it would not fit in our car (despite us having measured it beforehand). As we had driven so far, I contacted the customer helpline, who said the item was in fact there, and he had just not tried to look for it. We put our foot down and he eventually found it. He then said we would have to come back for it with a van because it wouldn't fit in our 4WD. I insisted it would fit and he just proceeded to argue with me. I told him this was our item that we had paid for and we would be taking it regardless of what he thought. He begrudgingly helped us load it in the car. Surprise surprise, it did in fact fit...An unnecessarily annoying and frustrating process due to his poor attitude and general grumpiness.

If I could give -10 we would $1,000 fridge was delivered yesterday we measured the front doot with 2 inchs either side delivery guys measured said won,'t fit left fridge on front path we had a neighbour help move it inside fitted PERFECTLY had trouble with ERINA STORE before should have stayed with APPLIANCES ON LINE in the first so we are giving the GOOD GUYS ERINA STORE MINUS 10. on calling the store would have been better talking to a AUTOMATIC ROBOT! & WERE WE OFFERED A RESPONCE NO phone was slamed down somehow thing they should rename the store DO NOT CARE GUYS'"

Clean and well set out store. Went in to look at TV's and was stopped at the door for a solid 20 minutes playing with a high tech Samsung refrigerator. We were not greeted and had the opportunity to look around before being asked in the TV section if we required help. Pricing wise they're rather expensive, the same fridge in JB HiFi next door was less $300, the same TV's a similar saving.
