Huge shoutout to the inconsiderate bakers delight staff member lady that thought it was appropriate to use the prams parking so she could pack her car boot full of baking trays. It's people like you that take up these spaces and have poor mothers parking miles away. Good job.

Generally good quality and pleasant customer service by the great staff.Just wanted to give some feedback regards today's purchase.Bought an apple danish which was burnt on the bottom, so need to watch out for this and not let a burn product make it to the point of sale.

Too many times lately I’ve purchased bread roles from here that have been overcooked or downright burnt.This isn’t good enough for the premium prices charged. Fix the poor quality control please.

I have been buying the cheese and bacon 6 pack rolls for a long time. The price has increased, which I understand however, the rolls are getting smaller and smaller just about every week! It’s noticeable and I won’t be buying them anymore. It’s a shame you don’t have some competition in Green Point!

Bakers Delight bread is the only bread that I eat. The Low GI, High Fibre block loaf is recommended by my dietician & I can notice the difference between it & normal white bread, which feels like you've ingested raw refined sugar. The staff are always kind & polite. The bread here is probably one of the healthiest options you'll find.

Love the bread at Kincumber and I go out of my way to go there but I am a little disappointed in attention to detail .. 2 out of last 3 times I have been there I have asked for sandwich sliced and been given toast and also been made to feel that it was my fault! Also as I live on my own I always ask for extra bags as I only use half a loaf at a time and was told last visit that they are 20c per bag, no other store charges! Sorry but you have lost me! ☹

Fine...it's a Bakers Delight so is like all the others. You know what to expect. The products are of a high quality and quite a wide variety. Wish the finger buns had sultanas!!
