Michael Hill Wendouree

Very disappointed. 4 staff working, one staff member serving a lady the other 3 could not even muster a smile, a simple hello let alone offering to help. I walked around the shop twice looking for what I was after. Wendouree lift your game.

I would recommend this store as we experienced customer service beyond expectations. The lady name Lisa" went to great lengths to help us and was Wonderful at Choosing the Rings

A very disappointed customer.This was supposed to be a wonderful experience when your daughter turns 21 and you wound like to buy a ring to mark that milestone.My daughter wanted to exchange the ring and because she had put it in on that day the good ring was no longer a ring they would exchange, and this was the manager’s decision.Initially it was a pleasant experience, the only reason I’m giving feedback with one star is because the only star in that shop is Lisa.I have heard that it is harder to make customers than to retain them, specially in this current economic climate, well they just LOST my business here.We won’t be returning here to buy , there is a NO CAN DO attitude from the manager.They should know that when you approach this type of shop, there is an element of sentiment and desire to mark an occasion with their merchandise and it becomes personal, it’s not just gold or silver or gemstones.I would not recommend anyone buying jewellery here, I believe there are always options to keep your customer, but it seems to me they don’t understand customer service at this shop.

I’ve always received the best customer service from this store, I have a store 5 minutes from my home although I’ll travel an hour to visit this store for maintenance/ new purchases because I know nothing is ever a hassle and always leave having had a positive experience.

The staff here have always been fantastic and great at communication. I had my rings recently sent away for some work done and the woman were so helpful and kept in touch every step of the process. This is why we only come to this store.

My initial experience was fantastic! I was served by a lady named Lisa and she was extremely helpful! She was able to help me find a lovely little necklace for my 21st bday :)However, after just a week of having the necklace the chain broke. I was super shocked because of how much I paid to buy it! So I thought it must be a fault and brought it back.However, I was told by a new lady (who did not give her name and was quite rude) that the necklace was delicate and was expected to brake and that if I got a replacement it would brake too. For the price I paid I would not expect it to break. It is ridiculous.Of course I wasn't going to get the same product, cause it was apparently just going to brake as well. So, I was awkwardly told to get something else and then awkwardly ended up getting some earrings. The whole experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I felt that this new lady couldn't give two sh*ts about me. For the price of the products in the store and the service I got from the second lady, I will not be reccomending this store to anyone. I wish they were all like Lisa.

As a long time Michael Hill customer, I have never been treated like a third class citizen than I did when I visited the Wendouree store. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken down to and how poorly treated I was. I will never associate with this store again but will purchase from Bourke Street where I will be a lot more respected and treated like a human being. Wendouree store needs to wake up to themselves considering they are a rural store. Time to change attitudes and never judge a book by its cover! Their loss my gain !!

What a lovely shop . The staff are amazing. Very helpful with any questions you have . Ps love my new ring .

Great service.Great prices depending on what you are after.. from great quality budget jewellery up to high end jewellery, they have something for everyone..The satff are very friendly and helpful.Do all my jewellery shopping thereVery highly recommended
