Property Caretaker is the best Real Estate agency in Minto . Kabir and Edmund are there to answer my call anytime.. Heaps better than Starpartners agency, who managed my property before .Charges are very cheap and you get quality service with Property Caretaker

One thing I wish before engaging with this business was to read all these negative reviews, I WOULD DEFENITLY GIVE ZIRO STAR ,lack of communication is horrible, money was stolen during house inspection, tho it was reported to police and agent agreed to communicate with police, Salehoon from Minto branch refused to give the details of only familly whom visited the house with him during the time $3800 was stolen from our bedroom dresser, they just keep brushing away the fact that money was stolen and keep ignoring our request to cooperate with police.Please trust all these negative reviews and save yourself a big headache engaging with unprofessional people.

Ifi could give no stars i would, 1 star is too much, I put an enquiry in for an inspection, got a message saying i was approved for a house come sign the lease, went there then he made me fill an application out, he said how many moving in, i said me and my son, he said come on dont lie, i told him im not, there's only us 2, then said sry have to ask owner, ill tell u tomorrow, then 2 days later I tried to call, he msg me saying i didn't get the house, he was very rude, and very unprofessional.

Would give 0 star if possible. Mr Edmund your level of customer service is appalling! Abusive if he doesn't get a reply. Would not recommend this real estate agent at all.

Good property and great team there. Looking at joining up with these guys.

Useless wouldn't answer the phone or fix anything

One of the worst agencies i have ever dealt with. Communication is poor , issues takes long to resolve and any emails takes days and weeks to be replied to. one year of issues we had them and only started to get rent receipts in the last months of us moving out .One start is too much as a rating. all the positive ratings would be an inside job .

Bunch of dishonest people. Never pick up the phones, poor communication, unreliable and unprofessional. Never again!
