The friendliest Post Office I have ever been in WA. Staffs were lovely, putting their best smile despite our frustration trying to get passport renewed last minute. Answered all questions and concerns needed, and very accomodating. Thank you thank you!

It is nice and quiet place. Make sure to go until the end of the hall to reach the lockers. It won't be suitable for those who has car! No car parking

Rude, incompetent staff and drama on collection of a very important package! Sent to my husband whilst interstate; to an arranged parcel locker, but instead the package was held at the post office (and it was not oversized nor did it exceed locker specifications).Luckily he arrived there within business hours.Assuming he was collecting from a locker; with no physical ID, but numerous forms of digital ID, aswell as the QR code for the specific package and locker, he was refused to be given the parcel at the counter. After continuous refusal and much frustration, the woman even had the audacity to ask what was even in the package" - like it was any of her business!!! For the record- it was a critical medical device that was in the package

One rude staff member caused no end of trouble when it should have been easy. Head office has now given the ten dollar back from their express post scam they have set for Western Australians. Be careful what they promise in regards their KeyPass Photo ID.
