Purchased my first tailored suit here and thought they were excellent. Andrew was very helpful explaining how the process works and outlining my options (e.g. something that works with your budget or selecting something that meets your requirements). The quality of the product was excellent too. I did like the way they would keep making the adjustments until everything was how it should be - I didn't feel as though I was being rushed through the process.

My wardrobe will never be the same. After getting a suit and some shirts recently, I have now ordered a whole new wardrobe and will be giving away all my old clothes.Andrew and Ben have been amazing.Also have hot 2 pairs or new shoes… LOVE

Andrew and Ben are very committed to what they are doing on men’s wearing. I think they pay extensive attention to details, listen to your needs, and fully customize your cloth to your lifestyle, age, profession and special requirements, such as I request to let my suits make me looking taller, and they nail it.I lost 5kgs since my suits are made, Andrew helped me to further customize them to make them suit me better, and they did it free of charge.Thanks for the help, Andrew and Ben.

Ben Messina and The Cloakroom staff did an exceptional job for me. I was not just impressed with the final product they produced for me but I enjoyed the experience of having a tux tailored, start to finish. Wonderful service and product. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

Ben and the team at Cloakroom are absolutely amazing! When it came to designing and making our wedding suits, they were fantastic to brainstorm with, and really worked with us to create some phenomenal clothing. Because of the way they communicated, we quickly came to trust them, and are so glad we did: we looked amazing on our wedding day, all thanks to them. The entire process from first meeting to final fitting was loads of fun and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough.

I could not be more thrilled with the service I received here in getting a tailored suit for my wedding. As a “big and tall” guy I was not charged any additional fee for my suit and Ben and Andrew worked hard to make sure I felt important and looked like a million bucks for my big day. On top of friendly service they were both extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave excellent recommendations. This was also all done with a tight time crunch. I will be a repeat customer!

If you are going to a unique event and have even the vaguest idea in terms of a photo of what you’re looking for, I advise going here.Booked Ben for a Morning Suit for UK event and Ben and Andrew already knew every parameter of the strict dress code. In custom making, they’re as into it as if they’re rigging up in the kit themselves.When you’re paying $3k off the shelf for a decent suit these days, the Cloakroom is absurdly good value.
