We bought their French mud cake and black forest cake for our son's birthday. They customized the cake with our preferred photo seamlessly and it looked better than expected.The cakes themselves were to die for. So very delicious. Thank you so much!

Ordered lovely grazing boxes and the vanilla slab cake for my son’s christening. Great service, yummy, fluffy cake which was so easy to cut because it was so fresh!

Best party store in the region.

I cannot count how many times we go back to this store. Mud cake is a MUST and their cheesecake is wonderful. Great store for party supplies and staff is very friendly. Parking is plentiful so no worries there. Beware of the time the store closes so you dont miss out!!

My mum just popped in to pick up supplies for me and was treated disgracefully by the older lady that seems to be the owner. I can see there have been numerous complaints from customers who have experienced her excuse for “customer service”.My mum had some questions about ingredients in a product they sell due to allergies and her response was to aggressively tell her that “we don’t try it, we don’t eat it, we don’t know! Read the box.” Accompanied by extreme rudeness thru the whole sales process because my mum didn’t have a tap and go card.Apparently treating people with contempt and admitting you don’t care about or have any knowledge of your products has resulted in a successful business for her. What a shame.I’ve had experience with Pretty Sweet Supplies and would suggest if you need any cake related products you go there instead.

Wonderful store and a beautiful owner, hearts of gold! Will not go anywhere else for my party supplies. Thank you the French kitchen for making my daughters birthday special. You saved the day!

I've been coming here for over ten years and never disappointed. Great store for party supplies and staff are friendly. Plenty of parking. The French Mud Cake is the best here and is a family favourite! Highly recommended.

I used to go to this shop until I had a terrible experience. During lockdown I dropped in to pick up a birthday cake. When I arrived home I realised the lady had sold me two sets of candles which didn’t match. So I popped back in the exchange the the incorrect ones . I wasn’t thrilled having to go out a second time but it wasn’t a big deal.Instead of just doing a simple exchange, the shop assistant insisted on bringing in the manager. The manager accused me of doing it deliberately and then lying about it. Seriously - it was so rude and disrespectful - I still can’t work out what benefit she would think there was in me doing that. It wasn’t like I had anything to gain! I actually felt a bit traumatized when I returned to my car. It was unbelievable. There was thought whatsoever about customer service.I will never go into that shop again. They turned a simple mistake on the part of the shop assistant into a huge drama - over a set of birthday candles! There are other lovely shops in the area which treat customers well and sell exactly the same candles, and shops that sell equally good cakes without a bonus serve of abuse. It’s not hard to treat people well.
