Michael was prompt in his reply and was able to schedule an appointment for me immediately.During the appointment, Michael arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I had few door lock related issues like loose knobs or knobs that came off the door for a long time which are pending due to busy lifestyle. But this new year I decided to do something about it. I went online and put a request for a quote. I got a call from Failsafe for a quote and they asked for pictures. Then they called and literally talked me through the fixing. I managed to fixed it myself without costing a cent. I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge. Will definitely contact them in future if needed.
