Kids Health Space Paediatric Specialist Centre

I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with this service provider, between the paediatrician not giving me the results of an ax- when she said she would call with the results and the receptionist not able to take a verbal message and pass it onto the paediatrician. I've been waiting nearly 10 weeks for the result of an ax, I have called several times and emailed to no avail. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. People come to paediatricians for help, and this is how families are treated? And evidently, nothing can be done about it - where's the justice in this?

I can’t recommend Dr Kumar and the team enough!My son has complex needs and Dr Kumar has gone out of his way to get to know him. He has completed extra studies so he can better understand what he is facing and has sought advice from other experts willingly.Dr Kumar always makes me feel heard and checks on how I’m doing, knowing the load I carry.

Dr Kumar is a very good clinician and respects patients viewHe gave us time to accept diagnosis and management. My daughter is doing very well now. Dr Kumar was kind and considerate about our financial constraints. We highly recommend him and  KHS teams

My daughter has been seeing Dr Kumi at the Oran Park clinic for a few months now. From day one she has been patient, professional and caring. I never feel rushed and my concerns are always addressed until I am satisfied. It's obvious that she loves children and wants what is best for them. This is very reassuring for me as a parent. She is not quick to prescribe medication and has taken all possible steps to avoid over-prescribing medicine, so if you are looking for a Doctor who will look at other avenues first Dr Kumi is the right choice. She does follow-up consultations over the phone after our face-to-face visit when needed to ensure things are going smoothly and to discuss any of my concerns. She is also reachable in-between visits if needed. I have never considered looking for another Doctor for my daughter, and have also recommended her to family members. It's hard to find Doctors like her. I usually feel like Doctors become less detailed in their investigations after seeing so many patients and start to treat them like they are all the same, but I haven't felt this way with Dr Kumi at all and I'm so grateful to have found her for my daughter. Thank you.

We saw Doctor Kumuthiny (Dr Kumi I think? I had to re read my papers because I’m bad with names) and she was so lovely and looked after my son so well. We have had a stressful time trying to understand what was wrong with our son and she has answered everything that no one else was able to. She was very lovely and empathetic. My son even had an episode in the waiting room so I cried when I got into the room. Thank you for looking after him Doctor!

I’m having a very very bad experience with them first I visited their paediatrician 6 months before from that time they are not treating me properly he is supposed to send me a report and referral but now I’m not getting it in the meantime I visited their centre in oran park and Campbelltown twice every time they say tomorrow we will send it to your email then no email coming through I’m stuck with my child's situation this is so terrible thing happening to me not recommending them wasting of time...I’m giving them 000 star

I am forever grateful to Dr. Kumi for saving my daughter’s life. My newborn did not show any symptoms of being sick and I had no concerns other than neonatal jaundice. Dr.Kumi sent us for blood tests immediately as she could pick up very mild underlying symptoms which I don’t believe anyone else would ever. Thanks to her numerous years of experience,diligence and utmost care towards her patients.Subsequently, My daughter was hospitalised based on her blood test results. 8 days in the hospital and no one could figure out anything as the baby looked perfectly fine apart from blood test results.Dr. Kumi is a very thorough medical professional with numerous years of expertise. She goes over and beyond to make sure the child is healthy and monitors progress throughout.Dr. Kumi is also very proactive and leaves no room for procrastination in treating/ addressing even slightest issue that could potentially become significant very quickly.Heartfelt Thanks to Dr. Kumi for her very detailed examination and treatment in making sure my daughter is healthy and perfectly fine.

Saw Dr. Gouda today, a very experienced dr ,especially as a first time mum i was quite worried about a lot of things but he was soo patient to answer each and everyone of my questions. One of the best clinics i have been to.

We had booked an appointment for our son about 3/4 months ago, which just got cancelled 2 days before the appointment day just because the Dr Reeta singh is moving to Bondai beach. This is poor management and unacceptable attitude. You need to realise by doing this you have delayed my son's treatment for 3 months at least.
