National Storage Lawson, Blue Mountains

Be careful, these units look dry but when we went to collect our belongings they were wet and ruined by water and mould. We could see from the floor of the unit a lot of water had come through. Thousands of dollars of damage and when we called them to report the incident they did not call us back. Eventually after numerous calls, messages and emails with requests to claim on their insurance they told us it was not covered and they could offer no compensation.

Pleasant surroundings, for a storage facility.

Very friendly and accommodating,as my situation was so rushed and they're booked sometimes for a month at the least. They're the only company that suited my needs and helped me from the start. I'm not technology savvy, but the team helped me with all of it down to the removalist that they use. Cannot say THANKYOU enough. Jan

Not a great experience with this company. I moved out just this month due to the second rental increase within a twelve month period. When inquiring as to wether the truck was available for use on the day I was told that it was but that it would cost $300 hire for the day and that a discounted rate of only paying insurance and petrol was only offered to new customers moving in.I think this is a shocking way to treat your existing customers that have been paying your wages and rent. No reward for the loyal. When we are in such tough times for everyone I honestly expected more from a large company like this. When I emailed them to try and outline my concerns the correspondence I received back was just full of excuses and zero compassion. They didn’t offer a solution at all.After being with them for over three years I am very disappointed with their customer service. It was much better when it was originally storage king.Beware moving in because you won’t be treated with much care when you need to move out.

Service was brilliant, phoned to enquire about storage containers and the Lady at the front desk Lisa was very helpful,went above and beyond to check her warehouse for more containers and phoned us back.Upon arrival,the containers were ready to collect. Thanks again to Lisa
