Been going to this store for a while now until the other day I have a medical exempt from my doctor from wearing a mask.was told to leave by two staff members Gestapo I was treated like Animal.I was told management makes the Rules.they will put words in your mouth its not anti this and anti that so be warned you will be humiliated so I explained to the Staff members that I Have a exception how clear is that! refused and told to leave, so i did .if you go to the Nab bank in town they will treat you with respect you can go to miter10 they will treat you well and respect you, you can go to Woolworths and they will treat you right, if you have a except all places treat you with respect, why is this place any different then other places.this place is run like a concentration camp. so if your a customer having issue and you have a disability don't blame yourself its not your fault its bad managment !!

It's a tiny store but it has a crazy amount of product and range is extensive. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can get difficult to move around the store though when it's busy. So wouldn't recommend trying to push a pram around in there.

The best customer service, I really enjoy going to this shop, the staff are always there to help with whatever you need or with any advice, 100% the best in the west, thanks for all your help

Great service and staff.A massive amount of stock on hand and more than happy to get goods in if you need something they don't have on hand.You name it and they've probably got it.
