Amazing service! We just moved to Cairns, two days before Christmas and were desperate for a fridge. Nick was so lovely and managed to get us one delivered same day. The delivery guys were also amazing, on time and so friendly and helpful! Can’t thank you enough!

Great to receive old fashioned service!Had a difficult situation where the television was delivered and upon unpacking, found it had a cracked screen.I telephoned staff member Gary , he could not have been any more helpful, he believed what I had said and after approximately an hour or two had organised for a replacement TV to be delivered free of charge to Port Douglas.It is so nice to deal with a smaller company more so than some of the bigger retailers.Could not recommend them any more highly.Dale.

I've been dealing with Kennedy's since I moved to Cairns 4 months ago. Have done lots of shopping around for quality and price differences and found, that it wasn't necessary. I had two good dealings with Cairns Betta Electrical last year, then my daughter bought a drier, which included delivery AND instilation, while being used the drier fell off the wall it was installed on, obviously badly, after wich the drier would not work.After contacting Betta , my daughter was told it was her problem, they would no help maybe try the manufacturer... it was not the fault of the machine, but bad fitting by Betta.Very bad service, fobbing off what was clearly Cairns Betta Electrical problem caused by incompetent employee and charged additional fee for it,No going back there...

A great local store with personal service. I had a couple of issues with my purchase (minor manufacturing faults) and Kennedys was super easy to work with to get the problem solved. Sales and delivery staff were fantastic. Would give 6 stars if I could.
