Dogs Only Grooming

I am so grateful to have found Dogs Only Grooming - our little Wheaten Terrier Murphy is very anxious when separated from us - the staff here are phenomenal! Her grooms are always perfect, I have no idea how they do it! The best thing for us is, Murphy comes out happy at the end and is back to her usual self straight away. At other places in the past she would have her tail between her legs and refuse to eat for 24hrs. She was even called a “brat” by another groomer. I recommend Katherine and her team to everyone, thanks again and see you soon!

We recently moved to the area and found this service via Google. The team made us feel welcome and at ease immediately and they did a great job on the grooming of our beloved little Fur child.I would definitely recommend Katherine and her team for your furry family members needs.

Really pleased with this grooming facility. We bought our 2 aussies in for a groom and asked them just for a wash and brush. They came home looking great however When we we noticed bad matting in one of the dogs bottom/ groin are, this would have been there prior and possibly slightly worsen during the wash. The team were so lovely and offered to bring him back so they could rectify the matting.Thanks guys for being so easy with this situation.

We have been coming here for the last 3 years when the previous owner Katherine was handling the business. I’ve been noticing that the grooming in particular wasn’t as good after the new Manager took over. I’ve also noticed that my dog started getting really nervous going there, and was shivering when approaching the groomers. He didn’t used to do this. Completely shocked when I was notified that my dog wasn’t welcome to come in for his booked appointment because the staff member last time we came didn’t book his appointment in properly. I tried to sort out with the new Manager and explained to her this wasn’t my mistake but the staff members, however she was being extremely rude and just told me to come back in 2 weeks and said she wasn’t able to rectify the mistake they made. Sadly we won’t be coming back here for this reason. Because of this behaviour and treatment I’m wondering why all of a sudden my dog started getting scared of going there? I’ve worked in customer service for 2 decades and know very well how much a valued customer means to your business, you don’t treat your customers this way. It’s very sad to see. Now on the look for a new excellent Groomer who treats both me and my dog with mutual reapect:)UPDATE: The reply the owner is giving is not correct. I booked in my next appointment (which is tomorrow) before I paid for my dogs Groom last time I was in. Your offer of putting me on a cancellation list just isn’t good enough when one of your staff members have done an error in the booking system. Blaming a peak season in the Grooming business just goes to show how much you value your regular customers. Luckily after 3 years of going to Dogs only grooming, I have now found a lovely and respectful groomer elsewhere.

We have been getting Taylah and the girls at Dogs Only Grooming in Brookvale to cut our Gypsy for the last 5 years or so. They do a fantastic job at a very competitive price, and always do it with a smile on their faces. Congratulations on all your wonderful work girls! I highly recommend Taylah and her team.

Came through to Dogs Only Grooming by recommendation from a couple of different local friends and can highly recommend! Just needed a quick trim around our puppy’s eyes and other areas and they were super amazing and helpful. As he hasn’t had all his vaccinations we couldn’t do a full groom, but the lovely girls looked after us. Once Greg our puppy has had all his vaccinations we will be back for a full groom. Has to get the gong. Sweet young girl but didn’t brush out two small clumps (so easily done - when I sent her there, she was 99% brushed out) - instead applied the clippers to gouge out hunks. Substandard compared with other providers nearby. At $95.00 not cheap either.
