We went today in the afternoon and the centre was incredibly dirty. It was quite disgusting and I didn’t feel comfortable having my child play on the equipment. Especially the 0-4 area, this was particularly dirty. If the place was cleaned regularly the mats would not be this stained. The ball area in the main play space had no balls and you could see them all over the nooks and crannies and the floors throughout the play space and under the bouncy castles. Considering the amount of sickness in the age groups visiting a play centre, it should be much cleaner than this. There were food stains and crumbs, I even found a half eaten biscuit in the play space. I have been to other centres and never seen this much uncleanliness. A stray hair here and there is understandable but to this extent is unacceptable. Also, the 0-4 area isn’t really age appropriate in terms of the climbing space and the slide. Particularity for 2 and under. It is also quite small. So if you have a child in this age group it’s probably not worth going as there’s not much to do.

There is alot of maintenance that needs to be done on the equipment. The picture below is from the babies area. The bathroom sinks were brown inside, clearly haven't been cleaned properly in a long time.

I came in today to check out the place as I was planning on doing the Private Hire for a birthday. However I'm glad I did cos I definitely will NOT be booking this place. From the entrance it looks OK but as soon as you're inside, it's filthy. There's rubbish on the floor, the white trestle tables are stained black and still being used in the dining area. The babies area is small and disgusting inside. There's dust, little rubbish in and around that area. The cushion area inside was torn and hanging off where the babies are meant to play. So disappointed. Equipment looked dirty and dusty. Was hoping the negative reviews were over exaggerated but nope, they are 100% true. We ordered food and salad came out looking like its seen better days. Cutlery had dirty marks on them like they havent been washed at all. Lucky I didn't pay the deposit or book it without checking it out. First and last time here!!

My son and I have been here quite a few times, but i always thought it needed a bit of a makeover. And they finally did one! It looks amazing in here. The coffee is fine, and the food is okay, but not terrible. So I can’t complain. The staff are nice enough. We always go during business hours, so it’s never too busy.We will, as always, come back here. Kiddo has an absolute ball every time.

Not the cleanest place, don’t think there is a regular cleaner or any staff that go around and do a quick tidy…High chairs were dirty and one was basically about the fall apart when we picked it up.Baby section up to 18 months was so small and foam floor mates dirty, aswell as the other areas with a Band-Aid stuck to the floor aswell as being sticky in eating area, the lock on the door for the go cart section was broken and always opening so it’s abit unsafe if a toddler/child walks in there while they are in use.Food could have been better, got soggy bread when I got a toastie.Staff are friendly and welcoming which is why I gave the 2 stars.

It is really very busy on weekends. The service was a bit off as there were too many people. The cars play area wasn’t working and kids were a bit disappointed . They should probably have some staff in kids zone as well as some kids were getting hurt from the big slides

Visited this play center on Sunday with my 5 years old son.we were disappointed that the entire center had covered with rubbish and all playing equipment was super dirty. The floor soft mats were black. After reporting to the management team, they only sent their junior staff to remove some rubbish away but the rest of the staff were sitting around the front counter having fun.

Great place for kids to enjoy slides, trampoline, forest theme maze slides and car riding. It's busy with lots of families over the Easter long weekend and have couple of play areas as per kids age. They have different rooms for throwing kids birthday parties and great range of food at cafe.
