The girls there are lovely and friendly. I booked an appointment on their website for 11am today as I have work at 12:30, i waited for an hour without being spoken to or informed about the wait so i had to leave. This was my first time there and i felt invisible to them. I understand they were quite busy but i would not reccomend going here if you're in a rush. Waiting half an hour is okay, but an hour was too long especially because i booked an appointment.Very unprofessional and no apology was given to me.

I got my nails done here, the staff were all super friendly. I picked the colour and loved it, I did get a surprise though when I turned my lamp off to go to sleep that night…

I love the beautiful staff at this salon, they are always friendly and attentive. I get my nails done regularly and a pedicure occasionally they always do a wonderful job and If I am ever concerned about the service they go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I have also had my lashes done here and as a middle aged woman I find they ensure that I look amazing and not over done. I will continue to use this wonderful service. Many thanks!

My real nail became severely infected one day after getting acrylic tips and actually had to be removed in hospital. The employee on the phone said all she could do was fix my infected nail??? Ironic considering I don't have a fingernail anymore. Absolutely deplorable.

This was my first time going to this salon after being told by my sister that it was great. All the girls are extremely nice and very inviting. However, I asked for French tip nails and had never had them before, I was asked if I would like a clear or pink base and asked for pink because you would see my natural nails with clear. The girl did my nails and they came up very clear and looked terrible as you could visibly see my natural nail. I was obviously very disappointed they had come up that way and asked if they could be fixed as I wasn’t happy and was asked me to pay another $60 to have the job re-done which I could not afford. I was disappointed the girl doing the job could not see when she was doing them that they didn’t look any good and didn’t mention anything. After talking to the girls I finally was able to have them re-done for only $10 extra was was very generous of them and they look great now. I am very happy with the job but unsure if I would return.

I have been going to Torquay Nails and Beauty for some time now and have never had a bad experience. All the girls are so lovely and inviting and really care about the client and making us feel welcome and comfortable, the shop is always spotless and so relaxing!! I have recommended Torquay Nails and Beauty to family and friends and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Just today I got french tips SNS. Probably the worst nails i’ve EVER gotten. The colour of the fake tips doesn’t even slightly match to my normal nail making them look clearly fake and discoloured. the shape looks puffy and unclean when i asked the lady who was doing my nails to fix them she didn’t seam to listen nor care. the tips are the wrong colour and each one is on a different angle. there is also multiple bits of dirt under my nails. do not recommend

Do not go here. Staff are rude and the WORST set of sns ive ever had. Lumpy sns, filed within an inch of their life, all different lengths and shapes. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The girls who work here are all extremely nice and make sure you are happy with the nails. Although recently when i went to get sns fake tips they weren't as good as what i was hoping for. Only when i got home did i realise many of them were not evenly shaped and many were also crooked. This salon is very nice but make sure you double check your nails before leaving!
