If you want to buy new luggage bags this is the place to come and buy. Their pricing is much cheaper than any other retail store. Best service when it comes to repairs as well.

Worse service ever. The guy in the front was so rude. Definitely have to get training in customer service. Now I understand why they are closing or moving somewhere else.. With people like him. No way to find a single customer.If you looking for a decent customer service, you must go somewhere else.

Great place and friendly owner who helps to repair luggage of many brands. Have gotten my luggage wheels and luggage repaired several times and usually can get it back within 1 or 2 weeks. Convenient location, close to Town Hall.

This is only the 2nd Google review I have ever written and I feel this one is necessary based on how I was treated as a potential customer.I just called this store after hours with the intention of enquiring via voicemail about a Briggs and Riley duffle bag and the repair process. To my surprise, a man named Peter picked up and I started to ask him questions, as I had never repaired this bag before and I am based further away from him in Brisbane, QLD. He was abrupt, rude and condescending to me as I was asking basic questions and trying to understand the process. I even asked him if I caught him at a bad time, based on the way he was speaking to me. Not once did he apologise throughout the brief, 4 minute call of how he spoke to me, even when I mentioned that he was being abrupt and sounded irritated. This is not reflective of what I believe customer service should look like and I will literally repair my own bag instead of giving this man business in the future.

I just had the best customer experience at The Luggage Repair Centre this morning. They're an extremely busy business but the lovely man fixed my broken handle while I waited. He was so friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. I was overjoyed because my husband needs his suitcase to fly to America on the weekend.

Amazing! Dustin is just fantastic, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. We came into the city to get a bag repaired that the airline had damaged and because he did not have the part we had called ahead about (and spoken to someone else) he found a new bag for us! He was friendly and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! A gem in the city!

No response from our enquiry re warranty. So I cannot comment! FOOTNOTE they responded to this post providing a link to lodge a complaint. However, this was a process and link my partner had already lodged the complaint as per the link below under the email address sue.ta..... without any response!

27 OCTOBER 2022 ThursdayWe were looking for a Samsonite Laptop bag which is available in Retail stores for tangible touch and feel.The Owner of the store was and happy to make a sale for the bag which was a good deal indeed when payment in cash.We cannot disclose the price paid due to mutual understanding observed from the owner from this shop, at least austensibly.Also,The Store assistant, her Enthusiastic smiles and services attitude for customers are impeccable when we visited this store on the day in the evening.Probably is Amelia , a blond hair female .
