Can not speak highly enough about Devon and Luke.Awesome pricing. Great service going above and beyond to help sort my issue.Got a new cleaner and chlorinator - the advice and value was easily the best i got in the area.Not only that they juggled their service schedule to fit in my install.Plus they put up with my questions !!!6/5 :-)

Went in to ask about servicing my $1200 pool pump , was told it was not serviceable and would have to buy a new one . 10 minutes later on you tube their was a video on how to service my exact pump , now runs like a dream , cost me about $40 in parts , hate being told it couldn't be serviced and to buy a new one , nearly threw my expensive pool pump away and spent 600 more

I was with another pool company, but it changed hands, and things changed. I needed a new pool cleaner and Captain Nemos supplied me with one at a brilliant price. I had another problem with the pool, and Matt gave me some things to try and this fixed the problem (no hard sell, just great advice). This is my go to pool shop from now on. Great service, great prices and friendly helpful staff. What more do you need??? Thanks all at Captain Nemos Cleveland.
