Easy parking. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I was well prepared for the scans as they sent me all documentation prior and they were fully explained to me again at each step. I had my own private room to wait. (not like the other centres) The rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend.

Went to Qscan first but Radiographer refused to do my scan. Friend recommended Mermaid Beach Radiology. Quick booking over the phone. From when you walk in, the admin team was very friendly and Alex the radiographer was very nice and professional performed the scan with ease. The facility was amazing! I'd definitely come back again for the excellent service and recommend to family, friends & colleagues! Overall well deserved 5 stars :)

This is the cleanest radiological facility I have ever visited as a patient and in my past life as a government radiation inspector. The staff from the front counter to the diagnostic radiographer carrying out my abdominal CT procedure were polite caring and very professional. Every step of the procedure was explained to me in a clear manner and as a past radiographer the service was excellent. Zane a radiologist at the practice went out of his way to introduce himself to me. I found that exceptional.Why did I go to this practice you may ask, my GP I formed me that this practice had the most advanced CT unit to carry out the examination I required.

I needed a last minute X-ray and ultrasound and Mermaid Beach Radiology got me in that same morning. The facility is is beautiful for starters and the staff only make it better! They were all very welcoming and helpful. I had a great experience there and will definitely return in the future if needed

I had a full body MRI (does not include arms & legs) in a state of the art MRI. Ben was fantastic, comforting, professional. Once in place & comfortable as possible, the 2 hr process starts. Headphones on, choose your Netflix program (make sure it is over 2 hrs & nothing scary or funny, as you have to keep still & calm). Was over before I knew it. Well worth it & highly recommended, to know what is happening inside the body in one hit. Sorry it took so long to give you the review. Thanks Team

I hat a CT scan here and the staff and the service is outstanding. Even after hours I was called to give me the results of my scan as the weekend was upon me and their concern was I could not see my doctor until after the weekend. This helped me to get through the weekend. Outstanding service!This was my second visit and I highly recommend Mermaid Beach Radiology

Such a wonderful experience! Visited Mermaid Beach Radiology twice last week for a stressful medical situation and I felt very well taken care of. Regardless of the stressful situation, I left the centre feeling very comfortable and happy. The staff here are honestly so lovely, kind and genuine. They truly listen and support you. For example; going into my first MRI I was instantly eased by the nurse who was taking my information. We were cracking jokes and she was making sure I was well informed and comfortable with every step. I was tucked in for the MRI by the nurse and specialists where I comfortably watched Friends" during the scan- it honestly felt like I was in bed but with loud noises. The specialists were always so reassuring and thoughtful. The centre is also so beautiful and calming. There are so many plants

Beautiful fitout, state of the art facilities and equipment, friendly and caring staff. I recently had to bring my four month old baby in for a CT scan of the brain which, as you can assume is a daunting task. The staff were so accommodating helpful and kind. They assisted me and gave me plenty of time to calm my child, he wasn’t even phased. When we found something on the scan, they went above and beyond, they communicated with me and provided direction with kindness and empathy. I really appreciate the way we were looked after. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to take your baby or child because they are wonderful, we will be clients for life.

Recently visited mermaid beach radiology for a CT scan. All of the staff were lovely. The clinic felt unusually comfortable for a radiology clinic. I got all of my results same day via their app. Could not recommend more.
