I ordered a JBL boombox from these guys $100 cheaper than the major retailers! - they sent me a tracking number and when I went to have a look, it showed the item being dispatched via the Alibaba shopping site from China … this was obviously counterfeit products being sold as genuine! I emailed them and asked for a refund which they processed straight away - hence the reason for 2 stars! Otherwise I would have given zero!!! There is no mention on their site that their products are replica! Buyer beware if you purchase from these guys make sure you understand the authenticity cannot be guaranteed!

I have been using Masters Voice for all my electrical, access and security systems maintenance after having a few negative experiences with other contractors. Masters Voice don't miss a beat.
