Great activity for your child. Great trainers that make sure the kids are enjoying the training but also teaching them great skills and morals.My child has been with this fantastic team for 6 years. Wouldn’t change it for anything else.I am very grateful for Shek & Sam and also all the younger trainers that support the kids weekly.Huge respect…………..

Couldn't recommend this program anymore! I organised a four week program with Shek from FITKids and it was incredible seeing how engaged the young people were in the different games and activities - a lot of the time they didn't even realise they were participating in physical activity because they were just having fun! Shek is an amazing instructor who is so wonderful with the kids. If you're thinking of putting your child into this program - do it!

Very happy with the kids classes! Shek and Sam are great with the kids and you can really tell they love it. My kids enjoyed every session and it's a great way to boost confidence and fitness from young. Excellent programs!

Our 7yo daughter had massive anxiety and confidence issues coming out of the COVID lockdowns. She has been attending FITkids for the last 3 months and I cannot speak any more highly about the sessions, coaches and owners. We have seen a seismic shift in her confidence. We are so thankful to Shek and the coaches (Campbell and Ruby). Our confident and bubbly daughter is back and we sincerely believe that FITkids has been instrumental in contributing to this.

FITkids - Little Heroes in Training
My children are competitive athletes, so I’ve been looking for a fitness gym for them. However, there are no gyms accepting children under 16Y. Finally, I found FitKids online.Circuit training, boxing, battle rope etc.... lots of fun and unique physical training. This place is exactly what we were looking for!Very friendly active coach(s) making trainings engaging and enjoyable as well as teaching correct technique.My children are enjoying the class 100%!

FITkids - Little Heroes in Training
FITkids is a great place for young kids to get fit, have fun, become confident in a safe and respectful environment where they're not being judged but encouraged to become better each day. Shek and team are great with kids. They take their time to teach the basics. Kids have fun every time. My 6 year old daughter feels the 45 min class finishes too soon, because she's had so much fun. Great going team FITkids!!
