An instance where you should be able to score ZERO STARS. If you own a business and need a delivery provider, and you value your brand, steer WELL clear of HDS. First delivery item (wine) left in sun, publicly accessible and visible from the street / footpath. Second delivery (wine) still sitting somewhere, who knows, maybe the back of a hot delivery van, maybe in the shed at the depot? It took 19 days from Melbourne to Perth, 4 days for delivery from depot (in Perth) to our house, day of delivery someone WAS home, and delivery guy/girl didn't even ring doorbell. Almost funny how so many reviews here are the same issues, over and over again. At all costs - avoid HDS, they have no business being in the delivery caper.

These guys are used by Marley Spoon to deliver their product. We're new customers and this is the second week in a row they have messed up our delivery. We pay a premium to have food delivered to our DOOR not 3 houses over or the next suburb over (as was done for our most recent delivery). Cancelled our Marley Spoon subscription and will stick to Hello Fresh, food isn't as tasty but at least they deliver.

Shocking service. Failed to deliver two parcels. Texted that they were sorry they missed me and couldn't deliver, but I was in all the time! No phone number, website or email address to contact them. Appalling

doesn’t even deserve 1 star, this is the second week in a row where my dinnerly box has been “unable to be delivered” because the drivers clearly don’t read SIMPLE instructions. i am beyond fed up, there is no way to contact them. i attempted to email the email on there website and it failed as the email is invalid. no phone number valid to call. absolutely shocking service. and Dinnerly are not much better as i have attempted to call for the past 3 hours leaving 3 requests for a call back and still nothing. so much for this being convenient

Do not work for this place. They will use and abuse you, not to mention the unfairness and favouritism from the manager and bosses there.They will give you great hours and pay at the beginning of your time working there, but once they’ve got their regular team set, they will cut everything.They have absolutely no care or remorse for their workers, unless you’re their favourite of course.

I had a carton of wine delivered. Apart from promise of delivery and then receiving 2 days later, he dumped my parcel in the driveway in front of our cars, in full view. Delivery details state if not home please leave at front door. We were clearly home and not even a call out to us. Not happy.

Terrible!! Delivery driver left a Marley spoon order instead of a Dinnerly box for an entirely different address and name. We caught the driver and he refused to look in the back of his van for our box. Hopeless! Why are these people still employed, how is the company still in business and why are the likes of Marley spoon and Dinnerly still using them!

Unfortunately my Marley Spoon delivery is never left at my door, but left in random places around my property, on top of fences, even in the middle of the lawn in the rain. Worst delivery service. Has been flagged numerous times but the delivery driver can not understand simple instructions. Incompetent and useless delivery service. Marley Spoon need to change delivery carriers otherwise they will lose more customers. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Delivery partner of Marley Spoon, were supposed to deliver between 00:00 and 07:00 but only delivered after 13:00… also they left the box in plain sight, in the sun, not even close by the entrance door.Very disappointing service!
